Anti-Money Laundering Program
WallachBeth is required to establish and maintain an Anti-Money Laundering Program (“AML”) as set forth under the U.S. Patriot Act to help the U.S. government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities. Federal law requires that all financial institutions obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account with us, we will ask for your full name, address, date of birth, and/or a copy of a valid form of government-issued photo identification.
